Pastor Kevin Bennett
I’m Kevin Bennett, Senior Pastor at Crossroads. I grew up in Baltimore, MD, and am still a huge Orioles fan! I have served churches in Maryland, Virginia, Texas, Ohio, Tennessee, and South Carolina. I am married to Libbye, and together we share 9 children, and 11 grandchildren. We enjoy our family, games like Cranium, Banana Grams, Rummy, and Backgammon, and we also love the outdoors, walking, jogging, riding bikes, cooking out, badminton, and wiffle ball. We feel extremely blessed to be a part of Crossroads, a church who genuinely cares for people, loves and accepts others unconditionally, and whose worship and fellowship is real and uplifting. You are welcome here, and I hope you will enjoy being a part of what God is doing through Crossroads.
Pastor John Peters
Associate Pastor (Youth Leader)
Hi friends. I am excited to be able to help with the student ministry of Crossroads Community Church. My wife, Becca and I have two sons, Jeremy, who is studying in Washington D.C. at John Hopkins Graduate school in preparation for a job in Shanghai, China, and Kyle, as graduated from Robert Morris and is caddying for the pros on the Web.com, Symmetra, and LPGA golf tours.
I love working with students and have served churches in Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, and South Carolina in the area of Youth Ministry. I love sports, music, umpiring/refereeing, meeting new people, and currently do broadcasting and announcing of sports events at Charleston Southern University.
My desire is to see the lives of teens, and their families, changed by the love and power of Jesus Christ. At Crossroads, we will seek to Minister WITH youth as well as TO youth. I encourage you to invite everyone, including the students in your life, to come join this wonderful family of faith called Crossroads Community Church.
